Filmed under the closing f the solar eclipse in NZ, this is a message and energy support for our release work.
This has been such and intense month of release. Most of it has been in highlighting where our self compassion is missing. So triggering events will shine light into the shadows of these latent self talk programs.
Work on your re-frames (I am safe, I am well, I came here to be loved, I am already worthy, and so on), lean into your strategies and support systems, ground, rest. But compassion for yourself is paramount.
By the equinox there will be another wave, this time coming in to uplift, bring in gifts and flood with more light the areas cleared. It is worth the gentle focus to give yourself the room to receive as much as possible.
Take a deep breath and release this out to the earth to transmute. Then breath in fresh air and receive the codes in the light and water that it contains. Allow you own light to respond.
